Building kit 3

166 modular building pieces, ya can probably add more to it, made some preset floors,ceilings, stairs, also made 2 test levels 

1k textures already setup as materials in blender and godot, ya can vertex paint all over the test model to see mossy,sandy or wet look of the textures

included blend file already have the materials setup and some base building blocks in it, so just duplicate and construct your thing
