Modular Building 2

Another modular building.

This pack consists of 39 parts (7 walls, 4 doors, 6 windows,10 roof piece, a chimney and other objects) and 6 preset buildings.

texture map is in 2k resolution. Materials already setup in the unity package file and in the blend file.

also added a color_ID maps if ever you want to customize the texture.

all models are in fbx format, everything is packed in the blend file and in the unity package file.
