Modular Dungeon tiles, very simple since they are all just a 4 meter x 4 meter block, 171 pieces, so go have fun duplicating and rotating pieces,

the tiles use a 1k texture for each material (floor,wall and trim), also

Simple props are included to fill the rooms made, it got table, chair, stool, shelf, barrel, box ,jar, books, some tableware, few chains, candle and torches

tried to combined their textures in one 2k texture which ended up becoming 5 materials for 39 objects

total tris: 28868

tri count for tiles: 11868

tri count for props: 17000

this asset pack is already setup in godot(gridmap, test level, materials) and minimal setup in unity(materials, prefabs, test level)

blend file is included and textures are packed with it

You should add the license into metadata for the asset pack(s):

"Edit asset pack->Metadata->Release Info->License for assets" It will increase the size of audience that will be able to find your art
